TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE,

Xperience Portrait vouchers and Xperience promotions both electronic and physical are non refundable. Your Xperience appointment must be booked within 2 months of purchase of your voucher.

Clients must be over 18 to take part in one of our Xperiences. Persons under the age of 18 may only attend with a parent or legal guardian present.

A family is designated of a group consisting of two parents and their children. It is at the studios discretion to accept groups outside of this genre.

Promotions of vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion and are not transferable. Strictly one voucher per shoot session and per family in a 12 month period.

Scratch cards and other promotional offers must be surrendered to a member of the studio team at the event to redeem your prize.The scratch card must be fully completed to redeem, failure to do so will invalidate the scratch card and the prize award. Only one scratch card to be redeemed per family or per photo shoot. This scratch card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, scratch card or voucher and has no monetary value. No other price or cash alternative will be offered in lieu of this promotion. This scratch card is only valid on the event received and must be used on the date of the event or on the date that it is offered. The Studio will contact you within 14 days to discuss your prize and book in your Family Portrait Xperience. 

Each Xperience is subject to a fully refundable booking deposit at the studio discretion, taken at the time of booking to guarantee the appointment time and limit non-attendance. This will be £25 per person / family group according to date and availability.

If for any reason you fail to attend your appointment or fails to notify the studio within 72 hours of the appointment, any deposit paid will be rendered non-refundable. If unable to make your Xperience appointment, please contact the studio to inform them. Failure to do so will void your Xperience voucher and you will lose any deposit paid.

Clients may reschedule their appointment ONCE up to 72 hours in advance without forfeiting their Xperience voucher. Weekend bookings including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday’s clients much give at least 7 days notice shout they wish to reschedule otherwise a rebooking fee of £25 will be applicable.

Appointments once booked are non-cancellable and may only be rescheduled. Failure to attend without adequate notification or outright cancellation of an appointment will forfeit the condition of the Xperience voucher.

If a client should arrive up to 15 minutes late for an appointment, we cannot guarantee all aspects of the service and deposit cannot be refunded.

If a client should arrive later than 30 minutes for an appointment, the studio will not provide any services and any deposit will be lost. If for any reason you fail to attend your appointment, any deposit paid will be rendered non-returnable.

Clients are advised to bring at least one change of clothing. ( This applies to ALL  vouchers and is designed to give the client a better quality and selection of image to choose from.)

Xperience Portrait clients must attend the first viewing session otherwise the voucher will be rendered invalid.

Images are only available for purchase at the viewing appointment.. Please refer to the studio price list for products available to purchase. It is the studios discretion whether to keep images that are not purchased from the viewing.

Strictly no refunds are permitted once copyright has been handed over in the form of images purchased on a disk, or download.

For copyright purposes no personal photos or filming is permitted at the studio, or on any shoot. Use of video cameras, camera phones, video recorders or any other photographic / video capture device is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Copyright remains with the studio. All clients using the studio or at a location agree that any images taken by the studio therefore belong to the studio and can be used for advertising, display purposes at he studio’s discretion.

The studio accepts no liability for the loss or damage of any equipment or personal belongings brought onto the premises.

In booking your appointment or purchasing a promotion from any online or third party companies you agree to the terms and conditions as stated above.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (which are deemed to be out of the control of the studio) the studio reveres the right to substitute any or all aspects of the service with a suitable alternative to an equivalent value. On some occasions this may involve changing appointment times and dates or moving the booking to a partner studio of similar standing. The client will be given sufficient notice should this occur.

Prints, frames and images must be collected within one month of the date of notification that they are ready for collection. All products thereafter not collected will be disposed of. This does not effect your statutory rights.

Please be aware that on rare occasion due to unforeseen circumstances your Xperience may be running behind. We will endeavour to keep this duo a minimum however delays on occasion can occur.

The studio will endeavour to prove a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching owing to the anomalous reflectance cause be a combination of certain dyes and materials especially man made fibres. It is sometimes impossible to record on film / digital file the exact colour as seen by the human eye.

The studio will not use your information for anything other than contacting you regarding photography, nor will we pass data to any third party, and never without your permission.
